Description

  • Own and grow a territory of Regional PMC accounts across the West Coast.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourced and inbound discovery through close.
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover operational, financial, and workflow pain points.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals.
  • Close $40K–$80K+ ACV deals involving multiple products and decision-makers.
  • Manage a full-funnel sales process using HappyCo’s Sales Playbook and data-driven storytelling.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Forecast accurately and manage deal progression using tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Notion.
  • Represent HappyCo at industry events, field meetings, and regional trade shows.
  • Champion AI-driven workflows that improve multifamily operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech, real estate, or operational software.
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline in a territory-based role.
  • Strong sales process discipline, including stakeholder mapping, timeline alignment, and decision driving.
  • Track record of closing $40K–$80K+ ACV deals with meaningful complexity.
  • Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort treating a territory like a business.
  • Passion for HappyCo’s core values and commitment to quality and success.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%–40% for field selling, events, and customer meetings.
  • Ability to work from the West Coast territory in the United States.
  • Preferred: experience selling into multifamily or property management companies.
  • Preferred: deep understanding of multifamily maintenance workflows such as inspections and make-readies.
  • Preferred: experience selling solutions that improve operational efficiency, NOI, or resident experience.
  • Preferred: training in a sales methodology such as Winning By Design, Sandler, or SPIN.
