Description

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying and closing new expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cross-sell Hanna’s full suite of solutions to increase wallet share and annual recurring revenue.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI, build business cases, and support expanded adoption.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and execute recovery plans to reduce churn.
  • Own the full contract renewal lifecycle, including pricing discussions and multi-year negotiations.
  • Build relationships with C-suite and other senior stakeholders to support strategic account growth.
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed sales pipeline in HubSpot, including forecasting and activity logging.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to defend market share and strengthen account strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must be based in California.
  • Strong business acumen with fluency in ARR, gross margins, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal, written, and presentation settings.
  • Experience managing high-stakes executive-level negotiations and conversations.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in language services, healthcare, or government sales is strongly preferred.
