Description

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying and converting untapped upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while expanding total wallet share across the portfolio.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI, build business cases for adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and execute recovery plans to reduce churn and protect recurring revenue.
  • Own the full contract renewal lifecycle, including pricing discussions and negotiation of multi-year agreements.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to position Hanna as a strategic partner.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasting, and activity logs in HubSpot.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to defend market share and strengthen client retention.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role with a documented history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must be based in California.
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics such as ARR, gross margins, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including CFOs and VPs of Operations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM, with disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Experience in language services, healthcare, or government sales is a strong differentiator.
