Description

  • Own the P&L, strategy, and overall performance of Shopify and TikTok Shop.
  • Scale combined Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue to $20M+ within 18 months while protecting margins.
  • Test and optimize 100+ paid ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok.
  • Launch one new bundle-based funnel each month and continuously improve funnel economics.
  • Oversee landing pages, homepage, product pages, collection merchandising, and funnel relaunches.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS using Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Build ascension paths, blog content, and SEO programs to drive organic traffic and lifetime value.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, analyze performance metrics, and deliver scorecards and strategic growth plans.
  • Lead, coach, hire, and manage a cross-functional ecommerce team and contractors.
  • Create systems, SOPs, and operating rhythms that reduce founder dependency and support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfortable leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
