Description

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to support scans, signups, revenue growth, and product adoption.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team while also directly executing high-priority projects.
  • Oversee the content engine to ensure messaging addresses audience pain points and stays consistent across materials.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product on campaigns, product launches, new feature introductions, and in-product marketing.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle funnel, converting free users to paid users and increasing revenue per user.
  • Optimize product usage and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Translate long-term business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans and day-to-day execution.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline, accountability, and effective meeting and work habits.
  • Support growth into new U.S. and international markets.
  • Contribute to cross-functional team efforts in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in real estate marketing, high-growth B2B SaaS, or real estate tech environments.
  • Proven track record leading marketing strategy and execution in a hands-on role.
  • Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear actions and balance long-term strategy with short-term reality.
  • Experience building and mentoring teams of specialists.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Operational excellence with strong accountability and disciplined work habits.
  • Strong intuition for what to test and what will work in practice.
  • Experience working in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments (preferred).
  • Comfort working in global, international teams and across different markets (preferred).
