Description

  • Own and scale Shopify and TikTok Shop P&Ls, revenue, profitability, and overall channel outcomes.
  • Build a repeatable DTC growth engine using bundles, funnels, paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Launch and optimize high-volume ad creative testing across Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage paid media performance to meet ROAS and unit economics targets.
  • Coordinate with TikTok Ops, Affiliate, Amazon, and other teams to scale top-performing content and funnel launches.
  • Launch new bundle-based funnels monthly and continuously improve existing funnels, offers, and promotional structures.
  • Oversee homepage, collection pages, product pages, and landing pages to support conversion performance.
  • Drive email and SMS revenue through lifecycle flows, segmentation, and ascension paths.
  • Review weekly performance data, scorecards, KPIs, P&Ls, and forecasts to identify growth levers and blockers.
  • Lead, coach, hire, and develop the ecommerce team while building SOPs, playbooks, and operating cadences.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social.
  • Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue.
  • Deep fluency in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including high-velocity creative testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript.
  • Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, LTV, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience leading a remote team with clear cadences and accountability.
  • High-ownership mindset with the ability to think like a general manager and own outcomes.
  • Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages.
  • Alignment with the company mission to make learning fun, engaging, and screen free.
  • Preferred familiarity with blog and SEO strategies for driving organic traffic.
