Description

  • Own the P&L, strategy, and results for Shopify and TikTok Shop.
  • Scale combined Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue to $20M+ within 18 months while meeting margin targets.
  • Test and optimize paid traffic across Meta and TikTok, including high-volume creative testing.
  • Partner with affiliate and UGC teams to scale winning creative and stay current on platform changes.
  • Launch one new bundle-based funnel each month and improve funnel economics through ongoing CRO.
  • Oversee homepage, product page, collection merchandising, and seasonal promotions.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo and Postscript, including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
  • Build SEO and blog strategy to drive organic, education-based traffic.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, analyze key performance metrics, and deliver weekly scorecards and monthly growth plans.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a cross-functional ecommerce team, freelancers, and contractors.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially with Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
