Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through deal closure.
  • Expand existing relationships with high-value customers while securing new enterprise clients.
  • Generate new logo opportunities and build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Research new markets, customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales contracts and ensure adherence to legal and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, invoices, and updates in company sales tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Content teams.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to support business development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience, including at least 5 years working complex enterprise deals.
  • High technical aptitude; cybersecurity solution sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience selling to CISOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders, or experience with EduTech SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of how large enterprises operate and the business problems they solve.
  • Deep experience with six-figure deals, multi-threading, co-building business cases, and using MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrated success growing a business and expanding a market.
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while remaining adaptable and resilient.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to use CRM, prospecting tools, and AI augmentation effectively.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships through personalization, value creation, and collaboration.
  • Curiosity, openness, resourcefulness, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Location in the US West Coast and ability to work fully remote full-time.
