Description

  • Review resumes against job requisitions and assess applicant skill sets.
  • Develop proactive strategies to source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Use job boards, social networking sites, and internal and external databases to identify talent.
  • Review new applicants and prepare qualified candidates for phone screens.
  • Manage, prioritize, and close searches against hiring timelines and customer requirements.
  • Track candidates in the ClearCompany applicant tracking system.
  • Work with business leaders and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Apply strong time management, communication, coordination, and proofreading skills in day-to-day recruiting work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Federal/DoD recruiting experience.
  • Successful track record in Federal IT recruiting.
  • Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified, clearable IT candidates.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or candidate relationship management systems (CRM) preferred.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience setting benchmarks and metrics to meet customer requirements.
  • Assertive individual with a sense of urgency and strong candidate generation skills.
