Description

  • Own and deliver ambitious sales targets across Europe for all channels and segments.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products and service offerings.
  • Lead and expand direct sales activity with key accounts.
  • Build, develop, and optimize distributor, reseller, and retail partner networks.
  • Actively engage with customers in the field to win new business and identify opportunities.
  • Develop strong executive-level customer relationships across multiple markets.
  • Lead longer-term solution-based sales cycles and ensure performance in transactional sales.
  • Own pricing, margins, profitability, and overall P&L performance for the region.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team with a hunter-driven, results-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or commercial leader.
  • Strong track record in B2B or B2B2C sales of standardized or high-volume products.
  • Experience in channel sales, distribution management, or retail sales.
  • Experience in industrial, security, consumer durables, or related sectors preferred.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth across multiple European markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise.
  • Deep understanding of channel and distribution strategies.
  • Clear hunter mindset with a passion for acquiring new business.
  • Comfort operating in the field and meeting customers regularly.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate both hands-on and strategically.
  • English is required as the company language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be based in Italy, Spain, France, or Poland and work remotely.
