Description

Set the venture’s strategy, including the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
Lead customer development by running pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages and converting them into paid engagements.
Build the go-to-market motion targeting heads of logistics, supply chain, and operations.
Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
Drive integrations with core freight systems, including TMS and load boards, and improve conversational AI and autonomous workflow execution.
Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.
Co-create the venture with the FutureSight studio team from inception through launch.

Requirements

Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
Familiarity with AI agents and/or LLMs.
Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder-fit note as part of the application.
