Description

  • Define brand positioning for each market, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • Develop and execute the omni-channel marketing activation plan to drive customer acquisition and retail growth.
  • Build brand awareness through local activations, content, and collaborations with athletes and creators.
  • Lead D2C marketing and performance initiatives to grow traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Identify the content, creators, and channels that best engage consumers and strengthen the brand.
  • Partner with local markets to capture consumer insights and accelerate growth.
  • Ensure a seamless brand experience across e-commerce, retail, and social touchpoints.
  • Lead a small direct team of 1-2 people and provide indirect leadership to 10+ people across markets and headquarters.
  • Work closely with Global D2C, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align initiatives and deliver results.
  • Bring the brand to life through events, sponsorships, and creator partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing within FMCG or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Strong local activation and regional management experience.
  • Proven track record in brand building.
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially lower-funnel marketing.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of product and category storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth decisions.
  • Highly ambitious, hands-on, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and markets.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and digital engagement.
  • Passion for sports, performance, and the lifestyle associated with ESN’s community.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a big plus.
