Description

  • Implement Saviynt solutions for clients.
  • Perform IGA assessments and develop roadmap recommendations for clients.
  • Help shape proposals for IGA deployments and assessments.
  • Help define statements of work for IGA-related engagements.
  • Develop deliverable templates and serve as a subject matter expert in client discussions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide feedback on engineering tasks.
  • Lead technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure teams.
  • Support consultative deployment projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve delivery and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and building IGA solutions with Saviynt and other IGA platforms.
  • Experience with common connectors including Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, Mainframe, web service connectors, and authoritative source integrations such as SAP and Workday.
  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with IIQ workflows including joiner, leaver, and mover processes.
  • Strong understanding of the IIQ object model, rules, and policies.
  • Experience with both Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
  • Experience delivering technical architecture and security design work in complex, consultative projects.
  • Demonstrated project delivery experience with estimates, planning, and deliverables using project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management solutions or Okta is a plus.
