Description

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Operate as an agentic software engineer by decomposing work for AI coding agents, then reviewing, testing, and validating their output.
  • Collaborate with management, stakeholders, and engineering teammates to plan and deliver advertising software projects.
  • Write production-ready front-end and back-end code integrated with AWS-based continuous delivery and deployment pipelines.
  • Maintain clear documentation, structured processes, and communication artifacts that support AI-assisted development.
  • Create and maintain ingestion and data pipelines for the GroundTruth platform.
  • Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies.
  • Participate in and improve Agile practices, supporting team learning, growth, and technical maturity.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the platform and the team’s use of AI-assisted development.

Requirements

  • B.Tech., B.E., M.Tech., MCA, or equivalent degree in computer science with 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to design, write, and ship production code.
  • Strong hands-on full-stack development experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS data engineering services including EC2, S3, EMR, ECS, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or Java for orchestrating data pipelines.
  • Experience writing analytical queries using SQL.
  • Experience with Airflow.
  • Experience with Docker and proficiency in Git.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to specify clear requirements and context for both humans and AI agents.
  • Preferred experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, shell scripting, Looker, Tableau, DB design and maintenance, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, PySpark, configuration management, and QA practices.
