Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for established, large-scale client accounts during team leaves of absence.
  • Support clients with responses, RFP answers, meetings, and high-touch strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Account Executives during high-volume RFP periods and peak holiday windows to deliver fast, high-quality turnarounds.
  • Conduct deep-dive research in Winmo and internal tools to map brand prospects to agencies for a new business project.
  • Build targeted lead lists and source market intelligence to help prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Analyze incoming inbound clients and new prospects for growth and revenue potential.
  • Support the Managing Director and Account Manager on existing books of business when coverage is needed.
  • Assist with data-matching projects and business intelligence work when the team is fully staffed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales-adjacent roles.
  • Experience with closing, pitching, or high-level relationship management is preferred.
  • Experience with or a strong willingness to learn sales intelligence tools such as Winmo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to do deep-dive manual research using sales intelligence and internal tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maturity to work with large-scale, established books of business.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to take on both client-facing work and behind-the-scenes data work.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, junior role with opportunities to learn and grow.

  • Base salary of $75,000–$90,000 with 15% bonus, for $86,250–$103,500 OTE.
