Description

  • Manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives.
  • Own renewals and upselling of new products and services into the customer ecosystem.
  • Lead product adoption efforts and help customers maximize value from Greenhouse.
  • Act as a trusted advisor through business reviews and strategic touch points.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks, owning resolution strategies and escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and communication processes.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to adapt communication to different audiences, influence stakeholders, and tell compelling stories.
  • Ability to unpack complex challenges and turn them into simple, actionable solutions.
  • Ability to manage a large book of business while prioritizing by opportunity, risk, and growth.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Relevant transferable skills and unique background are valued, even if you do not meet 100% of the listed qualifications.
