Description

  • Lead and coach a team of enterprise account executives focused on new business generation.
  • Own enterprise outbound strategy and pipeline development across the team.
  • Run regular pipeline reviews and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Step into active deals to help open and close opportunities when needed.
  • Hold reps accountable to activity goals, execution standards, and performance expectations.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Inspect deals using a repeatable qualification framework and coach reps to improve close rates.
  • Build a plan to improve pipeline generation and maintain pipeline coverage against quota.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader for the team while driving consistent revenue performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of frontline enterprise sales management experience.
  • Direct experience leading teams of 6–10 account executives.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Hands-on coaching approach to rep development and performance management.
  • Consistent track record of accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience running structured deal reviews using a qualification framework such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICCC.
  • Demonstrated history of building teams that hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience selling six-figure contracts into enterprise accounts.
  • Strong command of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Background in developer tools or an adjacent technical domain is preferred.
  • Technical fluency to earn credibility with engineering buyers and partner effectively with sales engineers is preferred.
  • Reside in the United States is preferred.
  • Regular travel to meet with customers and prospects is required; candidates should be within reasonable distance of a major airport.
