Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship and operational lead for a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and align Gravity’s product to clients’ long-term business goals.
  • Proactively engage clients to retain accounts and advocate for their needs internally.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close for organic and net-new opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings to review projects, status updates, and partnership topics.
  • Communicate changes in product deployment and release timelines to clients.
  • Advocate for client priorities with internal teams by presenting vetted requirements in sprint planning and weekly ticket reviews.
  • Lead Causation of Errors (COE) processes with incident management teams and track follow-up actions in Jira.

Requirements

  • Experience in a highly relational, customer-focused, results-driven account management or similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and advocate for customer needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain ownership of assigned accounts throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and ability to ask thoughtful questions to understand complex client requirements.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
  • Must have access to a wired internet connection.
  • Must have access to at least 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
