Description

  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for the assigned territory and product lines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to generate consistent quoting activity.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and midsize employer groups.
  • Deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to support quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
  • Must live in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models, including fully insured, level-funded, and ICHRA.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
