Description

  • Own website performance across granum.com and brand pages, including conversion rates, user flows, and page-level performance.
  • Design and manage the CRO program by setting hypotheses, running experiments, selecting winners, and building the test backlog.
  • Maintain the technical SEO/AEO foundation, including schema, redirects, site architecture, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Own landing page infrastructure across HubSpot and WordPress, including template strategy, routing logic, and self-serve enablement for DGMs.
  • Manage the external paid media agency through weekly check-ins, briefing cycles, creative feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee paid media channel mix, budget pacing, and creative direction in partnership with the agency.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting across website, paid media, and SEO/AEO performance.
  • Perform variance analysis, diagnose performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on attribution, tracking, Salesforce-side configuration, and data quality issues.
  • Translate performance insights into clear updates for demand gen managers and marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS with hands-on ownership of website performance and CRO.
  • Experience managing or closely partnering with an external paid media agency.
  • Ability to read paid media performance data, spot issues, and form an independent point of view.
  • Real CRO experience, including designing experiments and analyzing test outcomes.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery, including schema, redirects, and site architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Clear written communication skills for briefs, performance summaries, and internal updates.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and curiosity about AI’s impact on digital marketing execution.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush or similar, WordPress, HubSpot, and A/B testing tools such as Hotjar or Optimizely.
  • Helpful: Salesforce basics, hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier AI, or Clay, and familiarity with a Snowflake-style data layer.
  • Must have proper work authorization to work in Canada or the U.S. without sponsorship.
