Description

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate the launch and promotion of the new website, podcast, educational campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
  • Act as the central coordinator for marketing activities across content, paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, and reporting.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, including content calendars and performance optimisation.
  • Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation goals.
  • Develop landing pages, lead magnets, campaign funnels, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage SEO strategy, including on-page optimisation, content improvements, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate content from advisers, including articles, case studies, myth-busting content, short-form video, and podcast promotion.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, advertising spend, ROI, website traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and SEO initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and ROI.
  • Excellent written communication and content coordination abilities.
  • Experience within financial services, mortgage broking, wealth management, or other professional services industries is desirable.
  • Experience launching podcasts, webinars, or educational marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation is desirable.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are desirable.
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously is desirable.

Benefits

  • Salary of $2,000–$2,600 AUD per month.
  • Working hours aligned to Australian hours.
  • Public holidays in Australia.
