Description

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Learn each client’s business, structure, key decision-makers, customer base, and third-party relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify issues before they escalate.
  • Translate client concerns and feedback into timely, actionable information for internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for client concerns and issues.
  • Develop deep knowledge of product lines, infrastructure, support structure, release cycles, pricing, and fee arrangements.
  • Support clients through in-person visits, conferences, annual events, and internal meetings.
  • Monitor the broader market and competitors to help improve client service.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to keep priorities aligned with client needs.

Requirements

  • Must currently live in Florida or be planning to relocate.
  • Southeast Florida residency is preferred based on client location.
  • Approximately 50% travel is required for on-site client visits, meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Strong ability to build open, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfort serving as a trusted point of escalation for client issues.
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding client businesses and market competitors.
  • Ability to work in a role that involves regular in-person relationship management.
  • Interview process begins with a phone or video interview and is conducted via Google Meet or Zoom.
