Description

  • Create realistic prompts based on common small business situations and goals.
  • Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare the quality of their responses.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
  • Review AI-generated written and visual business content.
  • Assess workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents.
  • Provide structured comparative feedback and scoring.
  • Submit completed evaluation reports and conversation transcripts.
  • Test how AI handles customer communication and operational scenarios.
  • Contribute business insights related to marketing, research, and financial planning.
  • Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent French communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business owner or in small business operations.
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day SMB workflows and customer interactions.
  • Experience using AI tools such as chatbots or generative AI platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate written and visual business content critically.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and image-based inputs.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Able to work remotely with a minimum of 4 hours PST overlap.
  • Able to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals, business processes, CRM workflows, budget plans, and market analysis.
  • Experience in a relevant small business type is helpful, such as bakery, beauty salon, restaurant, retail, or similar (preferred).
