Description

  • Use AI-powered tools to generate, refine, and optimise marketing content for blogs, emails, social media, case studies, and product messaging.
  • Design and execute AI-assisted digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and organic search.
  • Support HubSpot CRM management, including segmentation, nurture workflows, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting.
  • Conduct AI-enhanced market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, content gaps, and audience opportunities.
  • Produce and edit short-form video, graphics, and multimedia content using AI creative tools while following brand guidelines.
  • Build and optimise landing pages and support AEO, GEO, SEO, and paid search strategies using AI-driven tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams on customer communications, product release notes, and onboarding materials.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs such as MQL generation, email open rates, social engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Stay current with developments in AI marketing technology and identify new tools and approaches to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • A degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a marketing role with demonstrable use of AI tools to improve output or efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is advantageous.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to refine AI-generated content into polished, on-brand copy.
  • Comfort setting up tracking, interpreting analytics, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with social media management tools and building brand presence on LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working across two distinct brands and adapting tone and messaging appropriately.
