Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow adoption and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect and target primary care practices to generate interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
  • Spend the majority of time in person with physician practices, supporting events and company initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams including sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other customer-facing groups.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on the science behind MCED technology.
  • Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions with providers, administrators, and clinical staff.
  • Lead product conversations, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Recognition for sales performance such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory with minimal supervision, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) preferred.
