Description

  • Work warm, school-generated leads to serve educators without cold calling.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with mentorship and training support.
  • Develop multi-line sales capabilities and pursue a path to business ownership.
  • Operate within an exclusive territory and grow a retained book of business.
  • Earn and manage residual income through long-term client relationships.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as digital inquiries in a remote inside sales role.
  • Conduct group presentations and enrollments for supplemental and chronic-illness benefits.
  • Cross-sell life and retirement solutions to educator clients.

Requirements

  • 1099 contractor status for Insurance Specialist (Producer), Exclusive Agency Owner / Enhanced Agent, and Worksite Benefit Specialist roles.
  • W2 hourly employment for the Inside Sales Representative role.
  • Remote work available for the Inside Sales Representative position.
  • Ability to handle structured shifts and follow quality standards in an inside sales environment.
  • Interest in serving the educator market and working with school-generated leads.
  • Ability to complete a short application including location, license, and career-interest questions.
  • Experience or readiness to work with marketing, tech, and service support in an agency model (preferred for owner/enhanced agent track).
  • Willingness to learn the business and develop multi-line insurance and financial sales skills.
  • Availability of position based on applicant responses and role openings.
  • Licensing requirements may apply based on role and location.
