Description

  • Handle inside and inbound phone sales for credit-related customers in the U.S. market.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow the company’s step-by-step sales process to present TCP’s credit repair products.
  • Address and rebut customer concerns during the sales conversation.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Use TCP’s technology stack, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and maintain a customer-first, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, credit history, credit scores, reporting, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Availability to work one of the specified EST schedules, including weekday-only or weekday-plus-Saturday options.
  • Ability to bring your own device and have a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation and empathy for customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and work with TCP’s technology suite.
