Description

  • Develop and implement a learning strategy for both internal sales teams and the channel partner community.
  • Design, develop, and personally facilitate training programs for internal sellers and channel partners.
  • Build curriculum frameworks, learning journeys, onboarding programs, certification tracks, and sales playbooks.
  • Create learning programs covering consultative selling, product positioning, partner business development, communication, storytelling, conflict management, and situational adaptability.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Channel Partner Management to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and channel leaders and translate business needs into learning solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a small team of enablement professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, sales enablement, or channel partner enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience personally facilitating training, not only designing content for others to deliver.
  • Strong command of instructional design, learning technologies, and facilitation best practices.
  • Experience delivering instructor-led training in live, virtual, or hybrid formats to internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports while remaining hands-on as a facilitator and program owner.
  • Ability to work from anywhere in the US.
