Description

  • Act as a project lead for recurring People Team processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, quarterly business reviews, people planning, and talent programs.
  • Partner with managers across APAC to answer day-to-day people questions and provide guidance aligned with company policies and local practices.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on people policies, programs, and resources.
  • Support workforce planning activities, including hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility across the region.
  • Assist with employee relations matters in partnership with a Strategic People Business Partner.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting and insights to support data-informed people decisions.
  • Collaborate with global People team members to improve processes, documentation, and employee resources.
  • Help reinforce a strong, inclusive, distributed-first culture across APAC teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong interest in developing as a People Business Partner in a regional, multi-function environment.
  • Curious and proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust with managers and employees.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first, globally distributed company.
  • Interest in expanding HR knowledge, including local employment laws and practices across APAC.

Benefits

  • Base compensation in Australia: $145,000 - $160,000.
  • Equity eligibility.
  • Bonus eligibility, if applicable.
