Description

  • Own end-to-end investigation and resolution of multi-step payment anomalies and transaction issues.
  • Respond quickly to escalated operational bottlenecks to reduce processing downtime.
  • Monitor real-time alerts and track system anomalies using tools such as Grafana.
  • Analyze transaction logs in PSP back offices to identify root causes of payment processing failures.
  • Run daily anti-fraud and financial fraud operational workflows to protect platform liquidity.
  • Enforce company procedures and international payment regulatory standards.
  • Escalate complex systemic issues to supervisors or cross-functional security teams when needed.
  • Partner with internal engineering teams and external payment service providers to unblock processing pipelines.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to external partners and internal teams to support SLA compliance and service continuity.
  • Identify recurring transactional friction points and turn them into workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Payments Operations, or a similarly fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the online payments ecosystem, including processing flows and industry standards.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Technical proficiency with PSP back offices for log analysis and Microsoft Excel for data parsing.
  • Professional English proficiency at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume queues under strict SLA deadlines.
  • Experience working with regional payment regulations across multiple geographies is preferred.
  • Autonomy in managing operational tasks from start to finish is preferred.
  • Background in analyzing complex, multi-step fraud patterns is preferred.
