Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax, phone, or from physician offices.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments at the time of service.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace.
  • Support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and practice management processes.
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and help improve the patient arrival rate through strong customer service.
  • Manage the clinic schedule, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and other practice management tasks.
  • Track caseload items such as discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
  • Monitor clinic inventory.
  • Complete required training, including quarterly compliance training and business process updates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Strong time management and presentation skills as a team member.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs and office equipment in a daily office environment.
  • Willingness to attend required training with Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
  • Ability to work full-time, at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, or additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work in an indoor office environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, use judgment, and handle frequent computer use and repetitive typing.
