Description

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Own operational support for an assigned client portfolio.
  • Act as the main escalation point for client issues and requests.
  • Coordinate with affiliates, customer service, payments, and development teams to address client needs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report on client performance.
  • Document operational procedures and track the progress of development requests.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients on operational and development matters.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency across the client journey.
  • Present product updates, upgrades, and new functionality to clients and gather feedback for internal teams.
  • Coordinate development planning, prioritize client requests, and manage contract renewals, compliance, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in the iGaming industry.
  • Preferred background in Technical Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery.
  • Advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Confident use of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic experience with CRM and BI tools.
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro is a plus.
  • Basic technical understanding of web services and integrations is a plus.
  • Experience participating in commercial discussions or entry-level negotiations is a plus.
