Description

  • Define and evolve a company-wide workplace strategy across multiple offices and hybrid setups.
  • Align workplace operations with business goals, growth plans, and expansion strategy.
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization across all locations.
  • Establish and track KPIs for operational excellence and employee experience.
  • Design scalable standards, policies, and systems for current and future offices.
  • Own end-to-end office operations across multiple locations.
  • Lead office launches in new locations, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, setup, and go-live.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, and service delivery at scale.
  • Oversee travel operations and company-wide mobility support.
  • Build and improve administrative processes, tools, and systems.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to align workplace operations.
  • Lead and scale a distributed office/admin team, including structure, goals, performance, and development.
  • Analyze office usage, employee needs, and workplace data to inform decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement workplace tools and systems such as desk booking, attendance, and travel platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Administration or Operations, including leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing office operations at scale; multi-location experience is a plus.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Fluent English for cross-team communication.
  • Experience in tech or product companies, preferred.
  • Familiarity with workplace tools such as desk booking, attendance, and travel systems, preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling hybrid work environments, preferred.
  • Background in compliance, policies, or workplace standards, preferred.
