Description

  • Lead enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives by defining problems, designing solutions, and driving implementation.
  • Deliver advanced data insights and business intelligence across pipeline efficiency, source effectiveness, recruiter performance, hiring capacity, and market intelligence.
  • Translate TA data analysis into narratives, recommendations, and executive-level presentations that support business decisions.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to mature Talent Acquisition analytics, data governance, predictive modeling, and self-service reporting.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements across ATS, CRM, and HRIS integrations to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Partner with TA leadership on technology and process optimization to improve candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, TA leadership, HR Business Partners, People Analytics, and Finance to align TA initiatives with business objectives.
  • Influence decision-making by building strong data-backed business cases for proposed changes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a highly analytical role within Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Demonstrated experience driving significant operational and analytical improvements.
  • Deep proficiency in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Ability to develop complex data models and derive actionable, predictive insights.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent acquisition initiatives to broader business objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influence senior stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to operate effectively between detailed execution and big-picture strategy.
  • Highly structured problem-solving approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver data-backed solutions.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Talent acquisition domain knowledge, including recruiting metrics, lifecycle, and systems such as ATS and CRM, preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing data warehouses or business intelligence platforms for TA/HR data, preferred.
  • Experience with workforce planning or talent forecasting methodologies, preferred.
