Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for Technical Operations and Sales teams across assigned metro areas.
  • Track pending commercial installations to ensure they are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Update tracking tools and Salesforce to maintain accurate customer and installation records.
  • Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments and respond to phone, email, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns by coordinating with internal teams and escalating issues when needed.
  • Partner with the TechOps team to help ensure customers are connected in a timely manner.
  • Escalate customer issues to local TechOps and Sales leadership as appropriate.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback, product enhancement ideas, and competitive intelligence.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
  • Support teamwork and a positive sense of community across the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • 1 year of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including earlier mornings and nights across multiple domestic time zones.
  • Prior experience working in a CRM database, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Direct sales or related experience with proven results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer challenges, complaints, and concerns.
  • Creative and persistent problem-solving ability.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $55,200 to $60,700 per year.
