Description

  • Guide customers at Whizz locations through live video as if you were physically present onsite.
  • Help new customers choose bikes, batteries, accessories, services, and subscription options.
  • Explain bike features, subscription plans, pricing, and account setup steps.
  • Assist customers with sign-up, account creation, and payment completion.
  • Use sales techniques to convert interested visitors into subscribers.
  • Support existing customers with subscription questions, payments, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic bike or service issues remotely and coordinate follow-up with operations.
  • Handle customer concerns and objections while maintaining strong satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with customers in English and Spanish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams through chat and messaging tools to resolve customer requests.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Fluent English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles.
  • Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Headset for remote customer communication.
