Description

  • Enter data accurately into various database applications.
  • Receive, sort, interpret, and verify data and supporting documents for entry.
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and related records.
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a customer-centric environment.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customer issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to support customers.
  • Safeguard confidential customer information.
  • Provide peer training and job shadowing support when assigned.
  • Support any program within the department as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
  • Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, customer-friendly outlook and ability to follow directions.
  • Preferred: experience in data entry processing and a customer-centric call center environment.
  • Preferred: experience in energy efficiency or utility fields.
