Description

  • Present and explain company loan products and services to clients.
  • Assist clients with loan applications and required paperwork.
  • Review client financial information to determine loan eligibility.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and borrowers to move loans forward.
  • Work with in-house processors to structure deals and support closing.
  • Use the company’s CRM and agent app to manage opportunities and communication.

Requirements

  • NMLS license required.
  • Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products.
  • Experience with Hard Money loans is a plus.
  • DRE license is a plus.
  • Ability to convert leads into loans through strong phone communication.
  • Willingness to work remotely or on-site in the North Hollywood office.
  • Training may be provided for candidates needing more experience in Hard Money or Conventional/Non-QM loans.
