Description

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Create bespoke, high-quality travel itineraries tailored to each client.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings while meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively follow up quotes to improve conversion rates.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve the overall holiday experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed booking records.
  • Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
  • Guide customers toward clear, confident travel decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous UK travel sales experience in a telephone-based, direct-to-customer role (essential).
  • Previous homeworking experience (essential).
  • Experience using airline reservation systems such as Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan; Galileo preferred.
  • Experience handling incoming leads via email.
  • Experience using the Dolphin system.
  • Proven success working to sales targets.
  • Experience creating tailor-made itineraries.
  • Strong knowledge of USA travel, cruising, and villas.
  • Understanding of scheduled airlines.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence leading customer conversations and decision-making.
  • Good IT and keyboard skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits

  • £26,228 basic salary plus commission, with £35,000–£40,000 OTE.
  • Fully remote role with all equipment provided.
  • 28 days of paid holiday including bank holidays, rising to 33 days with long service.
