Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly portfolio penetration growth sales goals by promoting Google Fiber internet.
  • Drive customer acquisition through programming, events, and customer care retention efforts.
  • Own and cultivate relationships with property owners, managers, and building staff in an assigned portfolio of multi-family properties.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property stakeholders.
  • Build strong knowledge of Google Fiber’s network and technical deployment and communicate the value proposition to management, staff, and tenants.
  • Assess the impact of cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, installation, churn, and customer service on portfolio growth and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with other Google Fiber team members to deliver a seamless customer and partner experience.
  • Work some nights and weekends as needed.
  • Lift up to 45 lbs on occasion.
  • Travel or work physically across properties, including frequent walking and stair climbing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods, including frequent walking and climbing stairs.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during working hours.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or strategic account management with quota responsibility in the ISP or telecom industry, preferred.
  • Property management experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM, preferred.
  • Experience building sales relationships or developing partnerships, preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, preferred.
