Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery from contract close through go-live, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-project programs spanning hardware and SaaS for public sector clients.
  • Serve as the primary face of Derq’s delivery organization for customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales to align on commercial commitments and ensure sold work can be delivered realistically.
  • Navigate gaps between sales commitments and operational reality by resolving scope, timing, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Design and build Derq’s customer success practice, including lifecycle stages, health indicators, and renewal pathways.
  • Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, and cross-functional operating rhythms for the delivery organization.
  • Work closely with Finance on revenue forecasting, margin tracking, and delivery-linked financial planning.
  • Lead project managers, field application engineers, and the fulfillment team as the function scales.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure predictable delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex, revenue-linked delivery programs with multi-project and multi-stakeholder accountability.
  • Direct experience working with external clients at a senior level and owning client outcomes.
  • Background in intelligent transportation systems, such as tolling, transit, ATMS, traffic engineering, or related ITS sectors.
  • Experience delivering hardware plus SaaS hybrid solutions.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience collaborating with Finance on forecasting and margin modeling.
  • Experience designing or scaling customer success frameworks.
  • Ability to align Sales commitments with product delivery and implementation capacity.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
