Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners managing individual or small property portfolios and drive inventory growth independently.
  • Manage accounts and the full business process from initial contact through completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events, attend HOA or property meetings, and participate in networking events to grow the GFiber brand.
  • Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling, mailers, warm follow-ups, networking, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel and manage opportunities within a 30 to 90 day sales cycle.
  • Explain GFiber’s network and introduce service offerings to residential properties and commercial clients.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiations experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements while working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience managing a sales funnel in a 30 to 90 day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales (preferred).
  • Experience working in the local market (preferred).
  • Experience using a CRM database (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for timely updates to internal and external stakeholders and customers (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $106,669 annually, including a $64,000 base salary and uncapped sales bonus.
