Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners managing individual or small property portfolios to drive bulk sales, contract negotiation, and billing setup.
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish for assigned accounts and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events and attend HOA or property meetings when needed to support account development.
  • Attend networking events and use outreach to build the GFiber brand.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
  • Understand and explain the GFiber network to new residential properties and commercial clients.
  • Understand and work within GFiber’s bulk billing systems and processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiations experience and/or relationship management experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience managing a funnel with a 30- to 90-day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales, preferred.
  • Experience working in the local market, preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM database, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide information promptly to internal and external stakeholders and customers, preferred.

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $93,335 annually, including $56,000 base salary plus uncapped sales bonus.
