Description

  • Co-lead a team of door-to-door representatives through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance oversight.
  • Prospect new residential customers by promoting GFiber internet services through door-to-door interactions.
  • Help the team meet or exceed monthly sales growth goals within the territory.
  • Build lead pipelines through ongoing door-to-door outreach and phone or email follow-ups.
  • Partner with GFiber team members to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Communicate GFiber’s network capabilities and technical deployment details to customers.
  • Explain GFiber’s value proposition clearly and effectively to prospective customers.
  • Support the team in managing residential homes and multiple dwelling unit sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
  • 2 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience.
  • 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership role.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
  • 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience preferred.
  • 2 years of sales management experience coaching and training other sales representatives preferred.
  • Experience in ISP or telecom sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other lead management software preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing long-term relationships and meeting customer care success metrics preferred.
