Description

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and help source new business opportunities across veterinary practice types.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery conversations with clinics, veterinarians, and practice managers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations for cloud PACS, 3D viewer, teleconsultation options, and PIMS integrations.
  • Support proposal creation, contract follow-up, and other steps across the sales cycle.
  • Build trust with prospects and customers by understanding workflow challenges and translating needs into solutions.
  • Assist with marketing content initiatives, including tradeshow materials, case highlights, and educational content review.
  • Attend 1–3 industry tradeshows per year and support booth preparation, live demos, and lead capture.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and strong sales pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Support account management and follow-through for existing customers and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Background in equine veterinary, clinical, or veterinary industry sales is preferred.
  • Experience as an RVT/RVN or veterinary professional with exposure to practice management software and PACS in a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Veterinary industry sales experience in imaging, medical devices, software, or practice workflow solutions is strongly valued.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and comfort running demos and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and strong record-keeping habits.
  • Organized, curious, coachable, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events 3–4 times per year.
  • Business, veterinary, or related education is preferred, but not required.
  • Equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable in place of formal education.
  • Understanding of veterinary practice workflows, PIMS, teleradiology ecosystems, or prior SaaS sales experience is a plus.
