Description

  • Process access requests, approvals, and role assignments across corporate systems and services.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, device setup, and equipment return.
  • Maintain least-privilege access policies, conduct access audits, and review logs for anomalies or policy violations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date access registry across all systems.
  • Procure, configure, distribute, and decommission laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve employee hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking and labeling equipment.
  • Support office network infrastructure such as Wi-Fi, switches, printers, and VPN.
  • Provide first-line IT support and document solutions for recurring issues.
  • Manage SaaS accounts and software licenses, including provisioning, renewals, and cost tracking.
  • Identify repetitive IT tasks and automate them where possible.
  • Document IT processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides, and propose process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with access management systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access control frameworks.
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows workstations in a corporate environment.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • English level B1+ with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate with vendors or support teams.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji, preferred.
  • Experience with cloud IAM solutions such as AWS IAM, GCP IAM, or Azure AD, preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting tools such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform, preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk, preferred.
  • Interest or experience in Web3 and crypto platforms, preferred.
