Description

  • Serve as a senior technical resource for Windows and macOS endpoints, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, access controls, and collaboration tools.
  • Support identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Support Azure-based services, integrations, and automation workflows used by IT and end-user technology teams.
  • Own software asset management processes in Flexera, including discovery, inventory, compliance reporting, and license optimization.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT teams to improve software governance, renewal planning, and cost optimization.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting for endpoint, identity, application, Microsoft 365, collaboration, and access issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding through automation, standardization, device readiness, and access management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration standards, runbooks, and knowledge base content.
  • Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices across end-user technology operations.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive long-term fixes through root cause analysis and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, mailbox permissions, and collaboration services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, access controls, groups, authentication, and user lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based IT administration.
  • Experience with Flexera or similar software asset management platforms.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking, repositories, automation, documentation, or deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with software asset management, SaaS application governance, vendor licensing models, and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting endpoint security, compliance policies, conditional access, device posture, and secure configuration standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting employees in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or global enterprise environment.
  • Advanced experience administering, configuring, or integrating Flexera with endpoint management, procurement, finance, identity, or IT service management systems.
  • Experience building Flexera reports, dashboards, workflows, or automation for license compliance, renewals, and cost optimization.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development, LLM-based tools, automation assistants, internal copilots, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, or emerging workplace productivity technologies.
  • Experience integrating APIs, internal platforms, workflow tools, or enterprise systems.
