Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive accountability and delivery.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
  • Establish key performance indicators and provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is strongly preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets of $1M+.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the company's industry or domain is preferred.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's is preferred.
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partners is advantageous.
