Description

  • Own and drive project execution, scope, timelines, and value creation for client implementations.
  • Align with clients on key project milestones and build, maintain, and manage project plans.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, priorities, and resource needs across multiple work streams.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deploy RainFocus software in support of event operations.
  • Document project activities, maintain project artifacts, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Co-facilitate workshops to define configuration requirements and capture action plans.
  • Support change management for first-year event clients and ensure training for clients and partners.
  • Manage project expectations, implementation scope, and priorities, including change orders.
  • Monitor project financial performance against targets and surface escalations and decision points.
  • Participate in pre-sales planning and coordinate post-event reviews with account teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience, including software implementation, schedule, cost, and risk management.
  • Ability to use project management tools to coordinate and manage complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Smartsheet.
  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Strong technology acumen and interest in researching new solutions for event experiences and operations.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
  • Experience designing large-scale, complex solutions without losing sight of the details.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Event industry experience preferred.
