Description

  • Manage client relationships, project communications, and expectations across internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate project meetings, schedules, deliverables, due dates, and submission dates for technology-related work.
  • Track project scope, fees, budgets, workload, expenses, and financial metrics to support profitability.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve project documentation, workflows, decision logs, and filing systems.
  • Perform QA/QC on project documentation and support the production of coordinated construction documents.
  • Use project management tools to plan, schedule, track, and balance resources across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and support team members through direct and indirect guidance.
  • Participate in pursuits, client events, and business development activities to help bring work into the team.
  • Provide weekly project status reporting and support project closeout activities, including lessons learned.
  • Ensure timesheets, expenses, billing, invoices, and accounts receivable are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or construction management preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in discipline design for facilities construction projects in telecom, security, audiovisual, acoustics, Wi-Fi, or network.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with project management software.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role.
  • Knowledge of the AEC industry and the design and construction of technology systems.
  • Experience with Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft Office 365, G Suite, and Asana.
  • Experience using MS Project, Primavera, and similar planning tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Other industry certifications such as RCDD, CPP, CDT, CTS-D, or PSP are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
